On December 17, 2019, the “Special Lecture on Japanese Sewer Management and Technology Development” was held in Nanning, sponsored by the head office of Nanning City Water Environment Management, and co-sponsored by the Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute of Hualan Group, China. The lecture was presided by Wei Yongping, vice chief of the head office of Nanning City Water Environment Management, and Professor Hiroaki Tanaka, professor of Kyoto University and Japanese director of Cooperative Research and Education Center for Environmental Technology (CRECET), Kyoto University-Tsinghua University, provided helpful experiences on wastewater management and technologies in Japan. A total of about 150 experts on wastewater in Nanning city attended this lecture.
